KCS is Tilburg University’s recruitment and payrolling agency. For this internal organisation a housestyle has been developed. The visual style is based on an arrow derived from the letter K and emphasises outward and inward motion that suits what KCS does: recruiting and detaching staff. The dots represent the database of people and is a light reference to the artwork of Roy Lichtenstein’s artwork hanging in their office.
